VNCHelp is free for non-commercial use. For use in a commercial, educational,
or governmental environment, a license must be purchased by contacting Sean
Blankenship at
spcsys@gmail.com.
VNCHelp can be used without a pre-defined IP address but is not as user
friendly and requires more work and information from the user. When solving
problems, a pre-defined IP address allows the user and engineer to focus on
the user's problem, not the VNC application.
Purchasing a license to VNCHelp includes a custom VNCHelp package with your
IP address pre-defined. This package will be custom built for your company
and delivered via email attachment. You may also have the license configured
to use a domain name such as vnchelp.yourcompany.com where you can control
the IP address with DNS. This offers more flexability with your purchase.
