This article describes how to specify an individual Server Administration
Tool when you install the Administration Pack (Adminpak.msi).
NOTE: The Adminpak.msi file is not available on the Windows 2000 Professional
CD-ROM, but you can install it from the Windows 2000 Server CD-ROM.
When you install the Administration Pack, all of the available tools in the
Administration Pack are installed by default; however, you can install
individual, specific Server Administration Tools by using Windows Installer
command line switches.
For example, you can use the following command from a command prompt
msiexec /i adminpak.msi ADDLOCAL=Abbreviation /qb
msiexec /i adminpak.msi ADDLOCAL=FeWINSConsole /qb
