The difference between the two is autopcc.exe only checks for updates, it will
not install the client if it is not installed. autopccp.exe checks the whole
client, and if the client is not installed it installs the client.

Client Packager (ClnPack.exe)
Use client packager to create portable installs.
Use Client Packager to compress setup or update files. This tool is especially
useful when deploying setup or update files to clients in low-bandwidth remote
offices. Run this tool FROM the local officescan server.

ServerProtect Normal Server Migration (SPNSXfr.exe)
Use the ServerProtect for NT Migration tool to detect installed ServerProtect
Normal Servers and migrate them to OfficeScan client.
	1) Copy SPNSXfr.exe and SPNSX.ini to the PCCSRV\Admin folder on the
	   OfficeScan Server (main server). Run SPNSXfr.exe and follow wizard.
	2) Under OfficeScan server, select the OfficeScan server on which you
	   are running the tool. The path of the OfficeScan server appears under
	   OfficeScan server path. If it is incorrect, click Browse and select
	   the PCCSRV folder in the directory where you installed OfficeScan.
	3) Select the computers running ServerProtect Normal Server on which to
	   perform the migration.
	4) Follow logical steps. Windows Server 2003 servers will have to be
	   restarted to complete the migration.
